Gran Turismo 3 Soundtrack

The tours iquitos 3 soundtrack is widely considered to be one of the best video game soundtracks of all time, and it can be said that this game was the one that made developers really focus on sound as much as graphics. Along with the magnificent Gran Turismo 3 soundtrack, the game's developers spent a lot of time working on the car noises (particularly the engines) and even went as far as putting microphones up the exhaust of every car in the game, just to get it to sound authentic (despite the fact that most gamers wouldn't have a clue what the engine should sound like).

The tours iquitos  3 soundtrack features some absolute belting tunes, including Feeder, Motley Crue, Ash, Judas Priest, Jimmy Hendrix and Papa Roach. These tunes are included on both the American and European releases of the game, and have clearly been very well researched. This is a much welcome change from Gran Turismo 2, which featured mainly obscure and unknown bands from Japan, which were blatantly added just because the game's creators like them, rather than for the reason that they suited the game. The game's soundtrack is typified by the intro movie, which features some epic driving action along with Feeder's 'Just a Day' playing. This kind of track really gets you into the game and makes you want to belt round a track at 150mph in the latest Subaru Impreza.

The idea of the soundtrack was to get the songs to match the action that was going on during the game. Since a racing game such as this is very high-tempo and adrenaline-filled, the choice of songs had to match this, and there is certainly no doubt about that. A 2-disk soundtrack has been released by Sony and features all the highlights of the tracks from the game.
